Take a mixing bowl put flour,jaggery powder snd fennel seeds mix add water and make a smooth and semi liquid batter take rest for 30 minutes.
Take a wok add clarified butter hot then add grated lauki cook for 10 minutes then addilk and cook for 20 minutes after 20 minutes then add sugar,cardamom powder and almonds cook for 5 minuyes. Then lauki kheer is ready.
Take a nonstick pan add oil and put chilla batter spread and cook for both sides.
After cook serve with mango pickle and lauki kheer.
